On a more personal note

I’m a wilderness enthusiast, a psychologist, an academic, a social entrepreneur, a vegetarian, a dark-chocolate fiend, an adventurer, a personal-development aficionado, and a sex-positive, playful, 41 year-old cis woman.   I'm also an avid dancer (lindy, blues, west coast swing, fusion, tango), backpacker, and snuggler.

I like to adventure: hiking/camping, finding clear deep bodies of water to swim in and hot springs to soak in. I love facilitating and participating in retreats/workshops/interpersonal deep-dive experiences along with psychedelic and plant-based healing.

I am happiest when ensconced in a warm, loving, connected, playful, purposeful community.  I like it when we ask each other “How are you?” and really listen to the answer.  I like being in connection with folks who are thoughtful, kind, warm, clear in their communication, and reliable to speak up and clear conflicts and misunderstandings quickly. I love tasty mostly-vegan food, impromptu kitchen dance parties, compassionate listening, chocolate on demand, envisioning and manifesting really thoughtful, intentional gatherings, deep talks, and laughter.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Coaching Offerings

Through my work with Open Source Wellness, I provide consulting to clinical, community, YMCA, housing, university, and government teams who seek to design and implement innovative and impactful equity-based experiential health and wellness solutions. Please reach out to Partner (at) OpenSourceWellness.org for more information, or to discuss your needs.

While I do not currently offer psychotherapy, I occasionally take on individual coaching clients. My clients are typically individuals who deeply desire to create a better world, and seek support and guidance as they manifest their visions for transformational change. Please reach out to schedule a conversation to explore if this is for you.
